WIP Wednesday

This is very easy going. I  really like working with 2 circs. Less fiddling and quicker. I am at the point where I need 8 1/2" of stockinette and only have 3 1/4" done. I am hoping to get this done by Friday.

This is going to be a short post as I just got up and haven't had my coffee yet. Just didn't want to miss WIP Wednesday. I am off to visit blogs. Bringing my spell check along, as my fingers aren't quite working yet. lol

Have a great day!

Until next time...

I'm doing my first magic loop socks, never tried using 2 circs, but it looks interesting :)

Cute summer colors for your sock!

I need to try working with two circs sometime, though I'd be doing them two at a time with longer circs, I think. Otherwise I'd never get them done!

My problem is I never have two of the same size circ, of course.

I haven't tried to knit socks with magic loop yet, but it looks easy though. Love the colour :)

Love the colours - makes me think of Fruit Loops!

The sock looks really good - I am trying 2 circs too - so far I like it better than dpns.

I never tried two circulars but if you state it is less fiddly, I'll have to give it a try. The colour way is very uplifting!

Lovely colours. I've just finished something in similar which was also Patons.

Have a great day!

I have my first pair of two socks on two circulars sitting in my bag. Working on them makes my wrist hurt, so I don't work on them very much.

Love the yarn color you're using.

Posting before coffee? Impossible.

Thank you all for your comments. The thing with using dpns for me was ladders. I always got them no matter what I tried. The only way I don't get them is to make sure the stitches are on the cord before starting the next needle. This is how it is working for me. So I guess as the saying goes...if it's not broke don't fix it. Lol

Having failed at my first attempt at magic loop 2 circs is next on my list to try!

Love the socks, they are stunning, I love the colours, so me.

Hope you got your coffee, you are brave to face the computer before coffee. I can't even get out of bed without at least one mouthful!

I've always loved dpns, but lately I've been annoyed by their fiddly-ness. I've never knit in the round with two circulars, but it seems like a really great idea!

I'm a magic loop fan, but if I don't have a cable free long enough, I pull out the double circs. The sock looks great!

I'm in awe of anyone that can make socks. I started a pair and never finished them. I find DPN's so fiddly, maybe I should try two circs
