International Charity Crafts Week

October 1-7th every year!

Here is a link to find out more about ICCW and how you can help and where.

My friend Debbie's Mom went for an MRI last week, and will find out the results Wednesday. Of course, we are all hoping and praying that it is contained to one area and did not spread. That means that they can treat it with radiation and not chemo.

I'll continue to work on my Half Granny Square shawl. The only other thing I'll do today is clean out the fish tank.

Debbie and I decided to go over to Cowtown in NJ tomorrow if it's not raining. There is a giant flea market over there that should be interesting. It seems everyone I have talked to has been there. It's only open Tuesdays and Saturdays. Not sure if I will see anything to bring home or not, but if I look hard enough, I'm sure I'll find something. LOL It should be fun.

For dinner this afternoon, I chose to have BBQ chicken legs, macaroni salad and fresh corn on the cob. It has been a beautiful morning here. It's suppose to get to 84 but, not as humid as it's been. I can feel the difference this morning. I went out at 7am and swept the driveway. :o) Gorgeous morning!

Until next time...

the flea market sounds fun. I have not been in so long. They are rare around here anymore. Use to be dozens. Have fun. I think I need to go start my spaghetti for tonight.

I like sis, have not been to a flea market in years. I remember going when I was a teenager with my folks. Have fun and looking forward to reading about your adventure.

Dinner sounds so yummy!! I'll be there around 6:00...*giggle*

Hugs,
