I want to share the letter Noah sent me yesterday. I was trying to see if I could copy and paste the letter here but, I had no luck doing so. I have never had a letter of recommendation and this one surely blew me away.
I almost called there yesterday morning to talk to one of the guys, but thought better of it. I had separation anxiety I think. I never once woke up and didn't want to go to work. Did I get along with everybody? No. 98% I did though. There will always be personality conflict, you just have to deal with it. I will be going to the unemployment office this morning and then to see Noah to sign the severance package. I have to be back by 11:30 as Rachel goes in to work today at 12:00 for a meeting.
Have a wonderful day and
Until next time...
Here is the letter:
To Whom it may concern, Aug 13th
Acting as both the General Manager and Technical Director at Ceramic Protection Corporation of America, I have had the pleasure of working with Lynda Giambra for the past several years. During this time Lynda has proven herself to be a valuable employee, establishing herself as a one of our best quality control inspectors verifying the quality of our complex, highly specialized armor products.
During her time at Ceramic Protection Corporation of America, Lynda has accrued an outstanding attendance record with no "corrective actions"' coupled with outstanding periodic performance reviews.
Lynda works very well with both her, peers and supervisors. She has an excellent "can do" attitude and was always willing to fill "cross functional" rolls when assigned. She has a good grasp of ISO 9001 requirements as her work utilized complex inspection process and procedures on a daily basis.
Lynda was an asset to our company and I'm certain that she will be an asset to yours.
