Happy Jan. 2nd! lol

It didn't take much for me to rejoin Bev's charity challenge again. I set my goal the same as last year. 200 items. When I did this before, I figured out how many items I needed to make a week in order to make my goal. Roughly 4 items. Which isn't much at all. Some weeks may be easier to do more than others. Am I going to stress about it? Nope! Whatever I get done.. I get done. Being stressed about numbers is silly. That's not what we do this for or why. It's just something to strive for, keeping us motivated.

We are going out to dinner soon. Can't wait! I'm hungry! lol I received a Kitchen Aid mixer for Christmas and am having fun using it. I have made Banana Nut Bread and bran muffins so far. So good! :) Didn't think about adding raisins to the muffins but, will the next time.

Until next time...

I also rejoined Bev's. I set my goal really low last year because I hate to not make my goal, but decided to go for it this year and set it higher. I've already begun making saltines and yo-yos so the first bits should go quickly. :-) I have a pile of partial skeins that were donated so I'm using those first. Good luck with your goal.

Hi Bunny,

I know that I have been gone for a bit but I am back and so excited about this project. Even more excited to have you join us. You're the best Bunny.

*hugs* and love to you and yours.

Yikes, I forgot to rejoin. Glad I saw your post. Don't they usually send out an email reminder right before the end of the year? Don't think I got one.

I think it's best not to stress about the numbers too. We all just do what we can, sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less; but it's all good when others benefit.
