What I've been up to..

The scarf came out a little wider and a little shorter than I would have liked. It came out 8"x34". I ran out of white yarn.
Pattern: My March Scarf. There are a couple of other patterns of Suzie's I would like to do.
Yarn: 1 strand of each Plymouth Yarn Encore Colorspun #7517(the pink variegated) & # 208 (white). I can't believe I got so much out of these skeins. The yarn is a little busy for the pattern in the pic but, seeing it in person, you can see the pattern.
Knitting needle: size 10

My lys is having a class for the hat pattern on March 27. JOANNs was having a wonderful sale on all of their yarn. I just had to get a couple of skeins.
Pattern for the hat: Fake Isle. Not sure what the difference is between this a the Fair Isle hat.
Yarn: Patons Decor Sweet Country Var. & Patons Decor New Teal II really like the squishiness of this yarn)
Knitting needle: size 9

The hat was really fun to do. I stayed away from doing the chart patterns because I thought they were difficult to do. After having done the snowflake hats, I thought I would give this a try before the class. I will bring it with me.

I hope you have a great week! At least the rain has finally stopped.
Off to find another pattern. :o)

Until next time...
Bunny

Love the hat and scarf! Beautiful colors for both. I like your Easter background on your blog. Have a great weekend.

The hat is fabulous. Looks very difficult and complicated. The scarf is pretty, too bad you ran out of yarn.

Have a good Sunday
