We have been having such a problem losing internet service with Verizon that we are switching tomorrow. Comcast is coming out at 9am to hook things up. Which means the email and phone number changes but, I really don't care. We had Comcast before and I don't remember having any issues with them. A couple of people in work have Comcast and they don't have issues with them. I can't wait! 3 times this week we have lost service. Not just for an hour or 2 but, most of the day. Do we get reimbursed for the time it went down? Nope! So be gone with you Verizon! Take your 100 HD channels that they don't tell you that you have to subscribe to in order to get them! Be gone Verizon! I will not miss you and the frustration you cause me. When you are good, you are good but, you are not trustworthy enough. Will you still be here for me when I am up at 4:30 in the morning? One can only guess. Will be still be available when I get home from work? One never knows that either. Be gone Verizon!
